Location: DC Automotive – 5711 S 60th St., Suite 502, Omaha, NE 68117
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends
$30–$40 per hour | Paid Hourly + Commission
About the Role
DC Automotive is seeking a skilled and passionate General Repair Technician to join our team. If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys working on everything from muscle cars to modern vehicles, and wants to do it in a low-stress, high-respect shop environment, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles including classics, muscle cars, and newer models
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and advanced mechanical repairs
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate diagnostics and top-tier service
- Keep a clean and organized workspace while maintaining safety standards
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members when needed
Requirements
- 5–10 years of general automotive repair experience
- Must provide your own tools (tool list available upon request)
- ASE certifications preferred, but not required
- Welding experience a plus
- Experience with pre-OBD I vehicles preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
