Location: DC Automotive – 5711 S 60th St., Suite 502, Omaha, NE 68117
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
$20-$25 per hour | Paid Hourly + Commission
About the Role
DC Automotive is looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Service Advisor to join our close-knit team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping customers, and enjoy being the communication bridge between techs and clients, we’d love to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Write accurate repair orders and estimates
- Communicate with technicians to relay diagnostics and service recommendations
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Maintain service schedules and help manage shop flow
- Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish
Who You Are
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about customer service
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Team player who works well with techs and management
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in the automotive industry preferred
